Why Open?

As a creative business we value openness. We have a simple business approach that's direct and transparent which means we are really easy to work with. We try to make it an enjoyable experience for everybody involved. We keep our clients informed at every stage of their project and avoid nasty surprises along the way.

Take our rates, we only have the two types - 'thinking' and 'doing'. Our processes and our communication are just as clear and simple, leaving us (and our clients) more time to concentrate on what's really important - delivering outstanding results on time and within budget.

We understand clients don't come to Open simply to be told what they want to hear. We are not afraid to ask questions or challenge in order to get the best results. We never assume we know what your project needs and go out of our way to apply fresh thinking to each brief we work on. We always try to deliver beyond what you expect, but we always deliver the results you ask for by producing unique, interesting and highly effective work.

Plain English - compatible with most humans

We know how to talk to your audience and we only use plain English when we talk to you (yes even our web geeks). You won't hear us talking about 'effectiveness thresholds, webvertising, ideas showers or mission critical narrowcasting. (OK, with the exception of this paragraph) Instead we concentrate on presenting big ideas and communication strategies in ways that are meaningful to our clients.
