Some say older and wiser, some say shoe-obsessed mad lady, Claire mainly deals with new business and client project management as well as some of the more practical sides of agency life. Overall she is quite practical (except when shopping) and especially good at herding cats, a useful skill at Open as someone has to keep our rowdy bunch in order. Many years of working both clientside and agency has given Claire an enormous amount of diverse (if sometimes strange) marketing experience covering projects across a vast number of business sectors and is possibly the only member of the team who remembers life before email/internet as she has been goal hanging around the marketing arena for a few years now.
